Welcome to the itpwebdesign business site.
I’m so glad you found this site. I am actively seeking new clients - individuals and small businesses - and would be happy to talk to you about designing your website. Or I can help you get started with social media, including Facebook and blogging. Or perhaps you need someone to design a book cover or book trailer.
I consider myself a graphic designer rather than a internet technician and am always learning new skills and expanding the services I can offer my clients. This includes book covers (print and ebooks), most print and electronic media (newsletters, postcards, flyers, press kits, book markers, business cards, etc.), and “video trailers”
that are formatted for UTube, Amazon and your website.
Specializing in custom designed graphics and web sites, I can help individuals and small businesses to establish informational sites (and that new buzz phrase - personal branding), and to effectively use social media. While I have adapted a third party shopping cart service for a client, I have no training in internet security and can’t build or maintain ecommerce sites. Frankly, that’s why my prices are so reasonable. Granted there are cheaper designers and do-it-yourself sites that are free but they can't provide the design services that I do.
Please have a look at my work to see if what I do is what you need. And please come visit again as the content on the site will change as I add new examples of my work. Don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions and I can be of assistance. You can contact me by phone or email to make an appointment to talk further. Consultations are always free, and I look forward to talking with you.

In Dutch Again and Shoofly Pie to Die.
“I’m thrilled with my new website from itpwebdesign! From the outset, Roberta worked with me to get the look and feel I wanted, an expression of what my books were about. Admittedly, I’m picky, but she never lost patience when I asked for the impossible—and somehow she always found the answer. I’m delighted she took me on as a client and recommend her highly to all my author friends.”
- Joyce Elson Moore, author of Jeanne of Clairmonde, and The Tapestry Shop.
“Roberta has done a great job designing and updating my personal website.”
- Laura Mazzuca Toops, Chicago-based writer, editor of American Agent & Broker, and author of The Latham Loop, Slapstick
and Hudson Lake.
“This is to introduce you to my wonderful website designer and maintainer, Bobbi Marley, who will meet all your web site needs. She has great expertise and flair, really cares about her work and her clients, and I have known her for years and she has never let me down. Not even once.”
- Annabel Stehli, author of The Sound of a Miracle, A Child’s Triumph over Autism, and President of The Georgiana Institute.
Roberta Marley learned HTML over a decade ago, joined the HTML Writers' Guild and began an unlikely but rewarding career in webdesign. Previously, she had earned a B.A. and departmental honors in history, and self-designed a minor in art history and design. Bobbi has also worked in online research and sales lead development for a small technical publisher. Her continuing webdesign education includes CSS, Search Engine Optimization, and most recently, social media management.
Bobbi's specialty is designing unique, one-of-a-kind websites. Several of her sites for writers have won awards from online publishing organizations. She truly enjoys the creative process of developing the right look for a site that will convey an individual's personality, brand a product or capture a book's genre, setting or historical period.
